Oh well, back from another week of training in sispec.

Been a thoroughly exhausting week i must say.....lots of running...chioning...

camo cream......and...SOC!!

But thankfully i've managed to pass my SOC yet again,

within my time limit set for myself.

I'm proud of my achievement.

Been feeling much better in SISPEC...

now that some of my platoon mates sort of look up to me....eversince i

became the Leader Seargeant Major....an appointment rank given the trainees

to fully exploit their leadership skills.

i.e to say, i'm the Company IC....in charge of 159 men in Golf Coy.

Being the LSM is mentally tiring..

cause at every second of the day, i must be able to account

for the strength of the company..and there are trainees who constanly

book in and out...report sick....excuse...etc

So this makes life difficult for me...got screwed by my OC b4...

screwed by my sergeants....

but they know that i've been doing my job...so naturally after a while,

they left me alone.

Occasionally shouting instructions for me to pass down to them.

*

Yesterday after we had our 5 Km run, i did something whihc i bet

no one has ever done b4....

i knocked my entire company down...

all 159 of them when down in pumping position the moment i said

"Whole lot knock it down!"

But i did it not because of power abusion....

i had to do it as the coy was getting out of control.

But being the person that i am, i do not like imposing

my authority over the, but rather using logic

and commonsense to lead them.

Term ends tomorrow...

no more sleepless nights doing tedious admin work....

being the first in the entire Coy

to wake up....

This is the Rank arm slide that LSMs and appointment holders wear...

This is worn on the left sleeve of the Smart 4 during non-outfield exercise/activities...
The Outfield version is red in colour.

A closer look at the Gold embroidery.

Ahaha....i placed this here for fun.....a 3Sgt Rank...

Next week will be evenmore tiring...and stressful again as it is assessment week.

Whole week i will be outfield...doing section battle drills...

chionging hills....proning in mud laden soil....

firing blanks (Plastic bullets with the same amount of gun powder,

but no projectile).....

lots of it....just imagine..

in one day of training alone, i fire on average, about 150-200 blanks...

That is even more than what i fired during the whole of fieldcamp back in BMT.

*

I must perform to the max if i wanna crossover....but for my dream

I will perform....

*

Gonna meet Gayeong now for breakfast...heheh.....so fun so fun so fun!!!

Been a while since i last saw her.

*

From my posts i guess you can tell how tired i am....

Sorry ah.....tired u 'noe..

*
