Fever today, the flu revisted?
Dang, today had fever when i woke up. Just went to see the doctors and he said that i'm too heaty and that i need to drink more water. Luckily i had this after my trip if not garrgh, will not have enjoyed myself there. Come to think of it, it may have been my trip that caused me my illness. Erm, i have to admit that well, during the trip, i did practise some unhygenic and potentially dangerous eating habits like boiling my milo from a used tin can and drinking from it. I don't know if there were actually any rust, but it sure tasted good.
Today is the first of day Facil trainning and already, i'm not present. How
interesting but if my fever subsides later, i think i will go down.
Jerangkang was excellent....a great stress reliever.
Jerangkang, Jerangkang, what can i say, an absolutely beautiful place to be at. Serene, tranquil, splashing with purity (literally). My ideal place or definition of "Paradise". For the first time in my life, for 2 days i had absolutely no care or worries, i was just being myself, no council pressure, no school pressure, iw as literally living the way i liked to live - carefree with not a single care in the world to bother me.
The company was great too, through this trip i got to know a few people better that were once ailiens to me. People like
Leonard, Krishnan, David, Justin, Daryl, Helena and of course many many others.On the last day, i did something which i've always wanted to do since young - dive off a rock into a pool of water below, something which i did and enjoyed through and through. There was this rock, about a storey and a half high above the deeper end of one of the pools at Jerangakng, on the second day when we came back from our trek, we saw a few malay kids leaping off it and soon, our interests were secured - mine was. Well, and so we did get to jump off it. I dived in head first 3 times, that sensation of freedom just liberates you from all sorts of worry and stress.

A picture taken on the morning that we arrived along the Maran highway before we had our first breakfast. It was cold that morning, i'ld reckon around 17 degrees Celcius. This place marked the beginning for our trip up the Jerangkang Mountains.

I know it looks kinda miniscule, but in actual fact it is quite huge. The water there was clean, crystal clear and of course
COLD, VERY COLD but nontheless enjoyable.

A view of the clouds as we were ascending the Jerangkang mountains. I know it looks grainy because it was taken under low resolution, hence when i transfered it over, it turnedout like this. =PI had a great time there, garrgh, i feeling hot now, i'm need to go rest, then see how, maybe i'll drop by CJ. I feel guilty not being able to go.
Oh yah, i forgot to mention, i'll be joining the Toa Payoh Adventure Club, something like the ODAC, but at a community based level. I think it is worthwhile to engage in such outdoor activities, really makes one enjoy life to the fullest and appreciate the wonders of nature.
